We will use the date and time submitted online as the official “date received”, as long as payment is received within 15 business days.  Payments received late will use the date we receive your check as official date of return.  Scheduling conflicts are resolved according to the earliest submit date.

As usual, participating show choirs will be required to complete a photo and video release form that assigns photo and video rights to the photo and/or video production company retained by the Ada Music Boosters.

In addition, it is expected that participating show choirs and/or schools have obtained (1) the proper licensing required for their performance and (2) consent from parents to use their student’s right of publicity for a commercial purpose (including audio-visual works, such as videos and websites).
